How to change your password or email for your Roku account

How to change your password or email

  1. Go to Account information in your Roku account
  2. Enter a new password or email and confirm the new password or email (you'll need to enter your current password as well)
  3. Select 'Save changes'

What to do if you forgot your password or email

  • If you forgot your password, you can have a password reset email sent to you from the Account information page in your Roku account
  • To check which email you used to set up your Roku account, go to Home > Settings > System > About on your Roku device or in the Roku mobile app
  • If you need help or no longer have access to this email, call (816) 272-8106 to speak with a Roku customer service agent
