How to change your password or email
- Go to Account information in your Roku account
- Enter a new password or email and confirm the new password or email (you'll need to enter your current password as well)
- Select 'Save changes'
What to do if you forgot your password or email
- If you forgot your password, you can have a password reset email sent to you from the Account information page in your Roku account
- To check which email you used to set up your Roku account, go to Home > Settings > System > About on your Roku device or in the Roku mobile app
- If you need help or no longer have access to this email, call (816) 272-8106 to speak with a Roku customer service agent
