District of Columbia
Roku offers a mail-back program through its partner, Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA), which allows Roku’s customers to return certain Roku branded products and any other manufacturer brand on a one-to-one basis with the purchase of the same type of equipment for recycling free of charge. Visit the RLGA Roku take-back page to access the mail-back program and follow the instructions to obtain a free shipping label. Upon receipt of the shipping label, simply pack your product, affix the label to the package, and send your covered electronic device for responsible recycling.

Maryland
Roku offers a mail-back program through its partner, Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA), which allows Roku’s customers to return certain Roku branded products for recycling free of charge. Visit the RLGA Roku take-back page to access the mail-back program and follow the instructions to obtain a free shipping label. Upon receipt of the shipping label, simply pack your product, affix the label to the package and send your covered electronic device for responsible recycling. If you require packaging, it will be supplied, upon request, free of charge to Maryland consumers.
