How to adjust temperature, color, and brightness on your Roku smart bulb or light strip
Next time you want to light up your bedroom with your favorite color or dim the lights for a movie night, you can easily adjust the temperature, brightness, and color settings for your Roku® Smart Home lights in the Roku Smart Home mobile app. Customize your lighting experience to match what you are doing - switch from productive, cool light to a warm, relaxing glow.

What are the color, temperature, and brightness options?
Your light's color, temperature, and brightness settings must be adjusted separately for each smart bulb and light strip, or you can create a lighting device group and adjust these settings for all lights in the group at once.
Color options:
- Roku Smart Bulb SE - Color and light strips: Choose from 16 million colors, including white.
- Roku Smart Bulb - White: Your only option is white.
Brightness options:
- Roku Smart Bulb SE - Color and light strips: Tune up to a bright 1100 lumens or dim it down to a subtle 30 lumens.
- Roku Smart Bulb - White: Raise the brightness level to 800 lumens or lower it to 30 lumens.
Temperature options:
- Roku Smart Bulb SE - Color and light strips: The temperature range is 1800k - 6500k.
- Roku Smart Bulb - White: The temperature range is 2700k - 6500k.
How to change color, temperature, and brightness settings
To adjust the settings for your lights, launch the Roku Smart Home mobile app and complete the appropriate steps for each device or a lighting device group.
Use the following steps to adjust the settings for your lights in the smart home app.
1. Tap Home 
from the navigation bar
2. Select an individual light or lighting group
3. Adjust your light's settings based on your preferences:
- On the Color tab, tap and drag your finger across the color spectrum until you find your desired color.
- On the Temperature tab, tap your finger around the temperature spectrum until you find your desired temperature.
- On the Brightness bar, tap and drag your finger left or right to set the brightness.
