How to switch audio sources on your Roku Streambar or Roku smart soundbar
Your Roku® Streambar®, Roku Streambar Pro, or Roku Smart Soundbar is a 2-in-1 upgrade that adds both high definition 4K streaming and premium high quality audio to any TV. You can also add the same amazing sound to your TV's built-in tuner and enhance the audio experience of any other device connected to your TV, such as a Blu-ray™ player, game console, or cable set-top box. You can use the TV remote to switch the active input to whatever device you wish to use, and the sound from that device will automatically play from your streambar or soundbar. Learn how you can add a Roku wireless subwoofer or Roku wireless speakers to set up a Roku surround sound system.
- Note: Streaming audio from your smartphone, tablet, or computer via Bluetooth® or Spotify Connect overrides audio from any other source.

Why do I continue hearing sound from streaming channels after switching to my other devices?
If your TV does not support CEC, or if it supports the feature, but it is not enabled, it is recommended you stop playing content on any streaming channel before switching the active input on your TV to another device. Press Home to stop playback, exit the streaming channel, and return to the home screen before switching sources.
Alternatively, if your TV supports the HDMI feature, you can enable CEC on your TV and sound will switch automatically when you switch the active input to your other sources.
