What promotional offers does Roku have?
Special offers and free trials
You can find great offers on Roku® products, plus free trials and special offers from streaming channels, by going to Special Offers on Roku.com. Your Roku streaming device may also show advertisements for these same offers.
In addition, you can find deals and streaming tips by visiting the Roku Blog or signing up for Roku's newsletter. To sign up, go to Stay updated on news and offers and enter your email address.
- Offers are available only for a limited time and contain information about how to redeem them in their details
- Some offers are available only to new users and others to eligible returning subscribers
- If the offer includes a free trial, you can cancel at any time during the free trial period to avoid subscription charges
Roku may ask you for a payment method upfront, but you won’t be charged until after the free trial period ends and the recurring subscription begins. With a payment method on file, you can quickly and easily use Roku Pay to pay for the subscription if you continue with it. If you decide you don't want the subscription, be sure to cancel it before the free trial period ends so that you're not charged the recurring subscription fee.
Personalized offers
In your Roku account:
- Sign in to your Roku account
- Go to View and activate offers and free trials
Via email:
- Sign in to your Roku account
- Select Communication center
- Select the checkbox next to emails with product tips, the latest releases, hot new channels, and customer exclusive discounts
On your Roku streaming device:
- If an offer is available for your device, you’ll see My Offers on the home screen
- Select My Offers for details about the offers — if My Offers does not appear, no offers are currently available for your device
- If you own multiple devices, check the home screens on all devices for offers
My Offers will appear only on devices running Roku OS 9.1 or higher. To check the software version of your Roku device, go to Settings > System > About. If necessary, you can update your Roku device's software.
