What happened to my subscription?
There are a few reasons that you might not be able to find your subscription or app:
You may have multiple Roku accounts
Check that you're signed in to the correct Roku account. If you have multiple Roku devices, you may have created multiple Roku accounts. Roku recommends linking all Roku devices to one Roku account so that you don’t have multiple accounts and can keep track of your subscriptions and other important information all in one place.
The subscription or app may no longer be available
Roku strives to create an amazing entertainment experience by offering access to a large selection of subscriptions and apps. In some cases, streaming services merge and subscriptions and apps are combined. Sometimes, providers may choose to remove their app from our platform or stop offering subscriptions to their service. Apps also may be removed by us if it violates our terms and conditions. We take reports of piracy or any other unlawful activity very seriously.
